Ways to Give

Cash, Check, or Credit Card
By writing a check, payable to the Montgomery Hospital Foundation, or by using the reply envelope to indicate a credit card number to be billed, you provide a gift that can be put to use immediately. Please include your complete mailing address so that you can receive acknowledgment of your gift.

Matching Gifts
Many businesses sponsor matching gift programs wherein gifts made by employees or directors to charitable organizations are doubled or even tripled. Your human resources department can tell you if your employer has such a program and can provide you with the proper form.

Workplace Giving Programs
The Montgomery Hospital Foundation participates in the United Way "Donor Option" Program and may also be included as a recipient of a number of independent employee giving or auxiliary programs. Our "Donor Option" number is 00085.

Appreciated Securities and Real Estate
Stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and real estate that have risen in value since purchase can be used to make charitable gifts. Please click here for more information about donating gifts of this nature.
