ADVANCING TECHNOLOGY

Our new, state-of-the-art 64 slice CT scanner features advanced technology that produces split-second high quality images allowing physicians to effectively detect and treat a range of life threatening diseases.

Montgomery Hospital Medical Center now offers advanced digital mammography technology for breast cancer screening providing shorter exam times and state-of-the-art computer assisted results.

Patients needing treatment for early stage breast cancer by the breast surgeons and radiation oncologists at Montgomery Cancer Center now have access to the MammoSite Radiation Therapy System.

Patients also have access to IMRT, the newest and most advanced form of 3D Conformal radiation therapy.

ADVANCING HEALTH CARE EDUCATION

Through generous grant support from The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Montgomery Hospital Medical Center is partnering with Norristown Area High School to offer an innovative educational program entitled the BEST Team (Breast Education Support Team).
