Montgomery Hospital's Rehabilitation Services Department provides inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative care and services utilizing a multi-disciplinary team approach under the direction of a physician who is board-certified in physiatric medicine. Services include physiatric care, cardiac rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, rehab maintenance, physical and occupational therapy, speech therapy, swallowing rehabilitation and pediatric rehabilitation. The latest in rehabilitation and strengthening equipment is available in MHMC's fully equipped outpatient center located across the street from the hospital. MHMC is the only hospital in the county with its own heated full size swimming pool available for aquatic therapy.
